Website care

Website care that continues after launch.

Launching is the start, not the finish. A live site still needs hosting, security, updates, and someone to call when something breaks.

Why it matters

A website is not a poster. It's a machine that runs every day.

Left alone, a site drifts: the hours go stale, the plugins age, the photos stay from two summers ago, and nobody notices the contact form stopped sending.

It has to stay online.

Hosting, certificates, and backups are not one-time setup. They expire, they need renewing, and when they lapse the site goes down or starts warning visitors it isn't safe.

It has to stay current.

Prices change, hours change, you add a service. A site that still shows last year's information costs you the customer who trusted it.

It has to stay fast.

Pages get heavier as content is added. Slow pages lose people before anything loads, and phones feel it first.

It has to stay findable.

Search engines and AI assistants re-read your site constantly. What they understand about you today is not fixed forever.

The plans

Three levels. Cancel any time.

Every plan includes managed hosting. The difference is how much work we do on the site each month.

Essential

$25/month

For a site that just needs to stay online, safe, and backed up.

Start Your Project
  • Managed website hosting
  • SSL certificate
  • Basic security monitoring
  • Website uptime monitoring
  • Routine backups
  • Basic performance monitoring
  • Domain connection support
  • Technical issue support
  • Annual website health review

Design and content changes are not part of this plan.

Most chosen

Care

  • Small section edits
  • Form testing

  • Priority support

Growth

$129/month

For a business that wants to be found, not just to have a site.

Start Your Project

Everything in Care, plus:

  • Up to two hours of website changes each month
  • Ongoing technical SEO
  • Local SEO improvements
  • GEO optimization for AI search and answer engines

Search results depend on many things outside any one site. We do the work and show you the numbers; we do not promise a position.

Larger updates, new pages, custom features, and high-volume communication usage are quoted separately.

Getting found

SEO and GEO, without the jargon.

A good-looking website is not automatically an easy one to find. Being discovered depends on structure, content, speed, credibility, and local relevance.

SEO is for search engines.

It helps Google understand what your business does, where you do it, and who you do it for, so it can show you to people already searching for exactly that.

GEO is for AI answers.

Generative Engine Optimization is the same idea aimed at AI assistants and answer engines. When someone asks one for a lash tech in Queens, GEO is what makes your business legible enough to be part of that answer.

Done consistently, this work can:

This is not an instant result. Search visibility is an ongoing process and meaningful improvement usually develops over months, not days. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you something else.

The work

What we actually do each month.

Included in Growth. Not a checklist we run once, but a loop we keep running.

Keyword and customer-intent research Page titles and meta descriptions Heading and content structure Local business information Service and location pages Internal linking Image names and alternative text Structured data and schema markup Website speed and mobile usability Crawlability and indexing checks Content clarity and topical relevance Frequently asked questions Consistent business information AI-readable descriptions of your services Performance monitoring and continued improvement

Under the hood

What your site runs on.

You do not manage any of this. It is listed so you know what you are paying for.

Managed hosting

Your site runs on Hostinger Business infrastructure, managed by us. You never log into a hosting panel, and you never get an invoice from a vendor you have to figure out.

Email, when the site needs it

For contact forms, confirmations, and receipts we can configure Resend, so those messages arrive reliably instead of landing in spam.

Text messages, when the site needs it

For appointment reminders and verification codes we can configure Telnyx. Useful for booking businesses, unnecessary for most others.

Only when it applies

Email and SMS are added only if your site actually needs them. Setup can be included where appropriate.

High-volume email or SMS may carry an additional usage-based charge. Marketing campaigns are not included by default. You approve any communication feature before it goes live, and messaging has to follow the consent rules that apply to it.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Do I have to be on a plan?

No. You own your site and your domain either way. A plan is for people who would rather text us than log into anything.

Can I cancel?

Any time. We give you 30 days' notice if we ever stop, and you leave with your site, your content, and your domain, which is in your name from day one.

What counts as a website change?

Swapping text or photos, updating hours or prices, adding a service, small section edits. If a request turns out to be bigger than that, we tell you before starting and quote it.

What if I need more than my monthly time?

We tell you what the extra work costs before we do it. Nothing is billed as a surprise.

Does unused time roll over?

It does not. The time is there so small changes never turn into an invoice or a delay, not as credit to bank.

How long until SEO does something?

Usually months, not weeks. Early on you may see technical wins like faster pages and better indexing. Ranking movement takes longer and depends on your market.

Can you guarantee I rank first?

No, and nobody honestly can. Rankings depend on competitors, your market, and how Google and AI tools weigh things that month. We do the work and show you what moved.

Do you work with sites you did not build?

Sometimes. Message us with a link and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.

Next step

Tell us about your site.

Send a link and a sentence about what you need. We will tell you which plan fits, or that you do not need one.

Chat on WhatsApp

A real person replies. No sales call unless you ask for one.

  • You are not sure who is hosting your site right now
  • Your prices on the site are out of date
  • You have wanted to change something for months
  • You are not showing up when people search for what you do
  • Nobody has checked whether the contact form still works
