Booking websites

The slot fills while you are with a client.

For salons, barbers, lash and nail techs, and anyone whose income is an appointment. Your hands are busy exactly when people want to book.

The problem

Booking by message does not scale.

Every booking that goes through your inbox is a conversation you have to have twice.

The booking lives in your DMs

Four apps, no calendar, and the one you missed is the client who booked elsewhere.

People want to book at 11pm

They decide when they have a free minute, which is almost never during your open hours.

No-shows cost you the slot and the money

Without a deposit or a card on file, an empty chair is a loss you cannot recover the same day.

You answer the same questions all day

How much, how long, do you do this service, where do I park. All of it is answerable before they message you.

What we build

A website with booking built in.

Two pieces: the site we design for you, and BKRDY doing the booking underneath it.

Your services and prices, in the open

So the question people ask most is answered before they ask it, and the ones who book are the ones who already agreed to the price.

Real availability, not a request form

Clients see open times and take one. No back and forth, no waiting for you to finish a service to reply.

Deposits and reminders

Where you want them. A deposit or a card on file makes a no-show cost the client something, and reminders cut them down on their own.

Your policies stated once

Cancellation window, lateness, deposits. Written down on the site so you never have to argue them from memory.

What is included

Every booking build includes these.

The booking engine is BKRDY, which daysgraphic builds and runs. Read the note under the price.

Example project

Studio Lume.

Concept website created to demonstrate what we can build for a salon or barber shop.

What it costs

Starting at $300.

This is a starting price. What you pay depends on how big the site is, which features it needs, how much content there is, and what it has to connect to.

How it works

Five steps, start to launch.

The same five steps, plus setting up your services and availability together.

01

Tell us about your business

You fill in six quick questions, or we talk it through. No long questionnaire.

02

Get a free quote

Within one business day: what we would build, which features matter for you, and the starting price.

03

Review the plan and price

You see the full price in writing before any work starts. Nothing begins until you say so.

04

We design and build it

You see the real thing partway through and tell us what to change.

05

Review, launch, and grow

We publish it, then walk you through your own site on a call so you know how it works.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Is BKRDY included in the $300?

No. The $300 is the website. BKRDY is a separate product with its own plan, which we will price for you before you decide anything.

Why not just use a booking link?

You can, and some people should. A booking link with no site around it gives a new client nothing to judge you on. The site is what convinces them; BKRDY is what takes the booking.

Can I take deposits?

Yes, where you want them. You choose which services need one and how much.

What happens with no-shows?

A deposit or card on file makes it cost the client something, reminders reduce them, and the waitlist offers the slot to the next person automatically.

Can my staff have their own calendars?

Yes. That is one of the add-ons above, and it is what a multi chair studio usually needs.

What if I already use another booking app?

Tell us which one on the form. We will say honestly whether moving is worth it or whether we should just link to what you have.
