Small business websites

A website that makes you look established.

For local businesses and service providers who need a professional home online. Built mobile first, because that is where almost everyone will see it.

The problem

People look you up before they call.

Most of your customers decide whether to contact you before they ever speak to you.

There is nothing to find

If you have no site, the search result is somebody else. A social profile helps, but it is a page on someone else's platform, and it can change or disappear.

What they find is out of date

An old page with the wrong hours or a disconnected number costs you the customer and the trust at the same time.

It looks wrong on a phone

Most people will open it on a phone. If they have to pinch and drag to read your services, they leave.

They cannot tell what you do

A visitor should know what you offer, where you are, and how to reach you within a few seconds of landing.

What we build

A site that answers first and sells second.

The structure is the same every time, because the questions a customer has are the same every time.

A home page that explains you

What you do, who you do it for, and why someone should pick you, without making them read a brochure.

Your services, clearly priced or scoped

Laid out so a visitor can find the thing they came for instead of scrolling a wall of text.

Ways to contact you that work on a phone

Tap to call, tap to email, tap to open WhatsApp, and a short form for people who would rather write.

Where you are and when you are open

Hours, map, and directions, so the two questions you answer most stop coming by phone.

What is included

Every build includes these.

Not a menu of extras. This is the baseline.

Laila Beautiful and PRILU Boutique are real client stores. Same approach as a service business site: say what you sell, make it readable on a phone, and make contact one tap away.

How it works

Five steps, start to launch.

The same five steps whatever we build for you.

01

You fill in six quick questions, or we talk it through. No long questionnaire.

02

Get a free quote

Within one business day: what we would build, which features matter for you, and the starting price.

03

Review the plan and price

You see the full price in writing before any work starts. Nothing begins until you say so.

04

We design and build it

You see the real thing partway through and tell us what to change.

05

Review, launch, and grow

We publish it, then walk you through your own site on a call so you know how it works.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

How long does it take?

Most small business sites take about two weeks once we have your content. The part that usually takes longest is photos and text from you, so we tell you exactly what to send.

What do I need to give you?

Your logo if you have one, photos, your services and prices, hours, and your address. If you do not have photos, we tell you what to shoot with your phone.

Do I own the website?

You own your domain, and it is registered in your name from day one. We host the site, and if you ever leave we hand over your site and your content.

What if I do not have a logo?

We can work without one, and a simple logo refresh is one of the add-ons above.

Can you write the text for me?

We can help. Most people send us rough notes and we shape them, which is faster than starting from a blank page.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. The whole process can happen in Spanish, and we build sites in both languages.

  • Customers call to ask your hours because they cannot find them anywhere
  • Your only web presence is a social profile you do not control
  • It looks fine on your laptop and broken on a phone
  • You want to change one line of text and have to ask someone
  • People say they could not find you online
