Online stores

Selling by message does not scale.

For businesses selling physical products. We design and redesign Shopify stores around what you actually carry, built for the phone in someone's hand.

The problem

The store is the whole shop.

Online, the layout is your shelf, your staff, and your till at the same time.

Every sale costs you a conversation

Price, sizes, shipping, is it in stock. Answering it by message is fine at five orders a week and impossible at fifty.

A default theme looks like everybody else

Customers cannot tell your shop from the other hundred running the same unedited template.

Checkout falls apart on a phone

Most of your traffic is mobile. A cart that is awkward on a phone is a cart people abandon.

Your catalog is a mess or missing

Products with no photos, no variants, or a hundred items in one pile with no collections nobody can shop.

What we build

A store shaped around your products.

Shopify handles payments and checkout. We handle everything the customer sees before that.

A storefront that looks like your brand

Your colours, your type, your photography, on a Shopify theme customised rather than installed and left alone.

Collections people can actually shop

Products grouped the way customers think about them, not the way they arrived in a spreadsheet.

Product pages that answer the objection

Photos at the right size, variants that make sense, and the shipping and returns information people look for before buying.

A checkout path built for a thumb

Cart, checkout and the whole route to payment tested on a phone, because that is where most of it happens.

What is included

Every store build includes these.

Shopify's own subscription and any paid apps are separate. See the note under the price.

Example project

FORM&CO.

Concept website created to demonstrate what we can build for an online store.

What it costs

Starting at $450.

This is a starting price. What you pay depends on how big the site is, which features it needs, how much content there is, and what it has to connect to.

Catalog setup

+$100add on

We load your products, photos, prices, variants and options, and sort them into collections so the store opens ready to sell.

Shopify charges its own monthly subscription, and any paid apps or premium themes are billed by their makers. Those costs are yours and are not part of this price. A very large catalog or custom functionality needs its own quote, which we will give you before starting. Ongoing care is optional and starts at $25 a month.

Optional add-ons

Things stores often add.

Large catalog import Custom product templates Subscription or bundle setup Two language store Wholesale or trade pricing Email flow setup Loyalty or rewards App integration and setup Analytics setup Ongoing catalog updates

How it works

Five steps, start to launch.

The same five steps, with your product list as the piece we need earliest.

01

Tell us about your business

You fill in six quick questions, or we talk it through. No long questionnaire.

02

Get a free quote

Within one business day: what we would build, which features matter for you, and the starting price.

03

Review the plan and price

You see the full price in writing before any work starts. Nothing begins until you say so.

04

We design and build it

You see the real thing partway through and tell us what to change.

05

Review, launch, and grow

We publish it, then walk you through your own site on a call so you know how it works.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Does the $450 include Shopify itself?

No. Shopify charges its own monthly subscription directly to you, and your store stays in your own account and your own name.

What if I already have a Shopify store?

Then this is a redesign, which is the same price to start. Tell us the store URL on the form and we will look before quoting.

Do I have to load my own products?

Only if you want to. Catalog setup is $100 and we do it for you, including photos, prices, variants and collections.

What about paid apps?

Some stores need one, most do not. If we recommend one we tell you what it costs first, and you pay the app maker directly.

Can you do a very large catalog?

Yes, but hundreds of products is its own quote rather than the flat $100, and we will say so before starting.

Can the store be in two languages?

Yes, that is one of the add-ons. It is worth doing if a real part of your customers shop in Spanish.
